Limited Warranty Coverage: JK Tyre & Tubes are warranted against manufacturing defects in design, materials, or workmanship. This warranty applies to tyres found to be defective under normal use.
Warranty Claims: Claims will be inspected by JK Tyre's Technical Service team or authorized agents. The inspection will determine the remaining tread depth and wear percentage. If the tyre qualifies for replacement under warranty, it will be replaced based on pro-rata tread wear.
Limitation of Liability: JK Tyre is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss to persons or property resulting from the use of its products, whether in contract or tort.
Final Decision: All decisions related to warranty claims, made by JK Tyre's Technical Service team or authorized personnel, are final and binding.
This warranty applies to all tyres sold or exported worldwide through our authorized distributors.
